By using dataLayer Builder ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by
these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the
Service.
Description of Service
dataLayer Builder is a free, cloud-based development tool for dataLayer
event testing and project management. The Service allows you to create,
test, and manage dataLayer events in a safe environment.
Free Service
The Service is currently provided free of charge. There is no guarantee
that it will remain free in the future.
Authentication

Optional Sign-In: Authentication with Google is
optional

Freemium Model: Sandbox, Journey, and Examples
features are free without authentication

Projects Require Authentication: Creating and saving
projects requires Google OAuth sign-in

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining
the security of your Google account

User-Specific Projects: With Row Level Security
(RLS), you can only access your own projects
User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for keeping your authenticated account secure
- You are responsible for the content you create and store
- You must not use the Service for illegal purposes

You must not attempt to access other users' projects without
authorization
- You must not overload or abuse the Service

You must not share your authentication credentials with others
Important: This is a testing tool. Use at your own
risk. We are not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from
your use of the Service.
Data Ownership
You own all data and content you create using the Service. You grant us
permission to store and process your data solely for the purpose of
providing the Service.
Service Availability
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties
- We do not guarantee uptime or availability
- We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time
- We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss
Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

The Service and its code are provided under the license specified in
LICENSE.txt. You retain ownership of all content you create.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at
any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for
any other reason.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last
Updated" date at the top indicates when changes were made. Continued use
of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
